After early search, we spent 3 days with Liz, driving looking for new and second houses.

"We were very fortunate to find Liz! This was our first time building and knew we needed help through the process. Based on other reviews and research, it was apparent that Liz had the qualities and experience we needed. Speaking with her and watching her videos led us to choosing her as our agent. She absolutely knows the Raleigh/Durham area along with 55+ communities. Liz managed the entire process which was invaluable to us being 8.5 hours away. She was always available for a text or call no matter what and gave us regular video updates of our home! She went above and beyond -traipsing through snow and mud to video the progress of our new home. "Wonderful experience with Liz! After seeing her videos online about Raleigh area 55+ communities, I sent email asking lots of questions. She answered promptly with great information and insight into the various community options. After we selected our home, she was a great resource about the Raleigh area in general as well as inspection contractors. She dealt with the builder and even managed to get us an extra discount! She was a great help with identifying details at the walkthrough and settlement questions. Being an out of state buyer, it was nice having a local, knowledgeable professional agent looking out for us. Highly recommend!"

"At this late stage of my life, I recently decided to try to purchase my first home (as a single woman). I came across Liz online. She sounded good, so I contacted her. It was one of the best decisions I've made in life. Liz is so well versed in the 55+ condo community options in the Raleigh/Durham area. I was coming in from out of town (Florida). Liz introduced me to the area and exposed me to many 55+ communities, based on the criteria I shared with her. She was kind and encouraging from day 1. One plus is Liz has a keen eye for real estate.
